A: The chapter is on West Market Street right across from Tangier Banquet & Party Center and China Garden.
Q: Does the Chapter buy/sell blood?
A: No. The chapter does not buy or sell blood. Nor does it take donations. Individuals must look at the Blood Mobile schedule to determine the best place and time to donate.
Q: What if I have been through a disaster and need help?
A: Red Cross disaster relief (for single family fires or larger events) focuses on meeting people's immediate emergency disaster-caused needs. When a disaster threatens or strikes, the Red Cross provides shelter, food, and health and mental health services to address basic human needs. The Red Cross also feeds emergency workers, handles inquiries from concerned family members outside the disaster area, provides blood and blood products to disaster victims, and helps those affected by disaster to access other available resources.
Q: How do I know if I qualify for aid from the Red Cross?
A: Individuals should contact the local chapter by phone at 330-753-7766 to set up an appointment. To make things easy on our staff, please have any information you have regarding your situation on hand.
